Prof. Dr. Christoph Krauß
Christoph Krauß is professor for network security, spokesperson of the IT Security expert group, as well as founding member and co-head of the research group Applied Cyber Security Darmstadt at the Department of Computer Science at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences. Furthermore, he is Co-Founder and Head of Automotive Security Research at INCYDE GmbH. His research interests include automotive security and privacy, railway security, IT security for intelligent energy systems, IoT security, trusted computing, network security, and efficient and post-quantum cryptography. He is also a member of the inter-university PhD Center for Applied Computer Science (PZAI) and member of the management board of the research center for applied computer science (fz ai).
Research Group
Together with Prof. Dr. Alexander Wiesmaier, I lead the research group Applied Cyber Security Darmstadt. Information about research projects, open theses etc. can be found on our website.
Publications
In my research projects, I regularly have open positions for student assistants and research assistants. As a research assistant it is also possible to do a PhD at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, e.g., via the inter-university PhD Center for Applied Computer Science (PZAI).
